Refunds
We offer a 30-day refund window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns and do not require items to be shipped back to us.
Please do not send products to any return address, as we are unable to receive or process return shipments.
Refund eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused and unopened (when applicable), and in the same condition you received them.

We may request photos to help verify the condition of the item and process your request faster.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Email hello@fieldandforgeco.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement (at our discretion).

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order. If your original order qualifies, you can request a refund within the refund window.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason and without justification. To request a cancellation refund, contact hello@fieldandforgeco.com with your order number.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
